I design enterprise systems that operators trust, turning operational complexity into decisions teams can act on.

Most of the hard problems here aren't visual. They're judgment calls, and the constraints are real. When the people who own the outcome can't agree on what matters most, someone has to name the trade-off out loud. That's where most of my time goes.

The operators I work with know their domain far better than I do. That changes what the AI has to look like: they need to see how it got to an answer, not just take it. And the systems should outlast the project that paid for them.
