AI-Native eCommerce ERP: 5 Live Features, 250 Production Components
Built a 250-component design system that's live in production with real users — not a Figma handoff. Shipped 5 AI features including smart inventory alerts, dynamic pricing suggestions, and demand forecasting. Redesigned a fragmented 8-domain product into 4 unified workflows.

Commodity Trading, Compliance & Audit Platforms at Enterprise Scale
Led UX across a commodity trading platform — designing complex position management, trade execution flows, and risk dashboards used by professional traders under real market pressure. Alongside: a compliance monitoring system and an audit management platform, both built for regulated enterprise environments where error has operational consequence.

A Machine-Readable Design System That Ships, Not Sits
250 components. Semantic token architecture mapped 1:1 to Vue.js CSS variables. Engineering adopted from Sprint 1. The system is in production — not in a Figma library waiting to be built.
Points of View
Complexity is a structural problem, not a user problem.
AI must earn trust, not assume it.
The IA restructure no stakeholder wants to do is almost always the most valuable design decision on the project.
A design system is a product, not a deliverable.
Collaboration is a design skill — not a soft skill.
AI in My Practice
-
Research Synthesis Pipeline
Record → transcribe → LLM-assisted theme extraction → manually challenge every theme against raw notes. A 6-hour research session produces a structured insight document in under 2 hours. I use this on every project.
-
Design Brief Generation
From a validated workflow map, I use an LLM to generate first-draft user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. Then I refine with product and engineering in 45 minutes. This replaced a 3-hour grooming meeting.
-
UI Copy System
I maintain a structured prompt template library for UI microcopy — each prompt includes the component, the user's emotional state, and the desired outcome. First drafts are 80% usable. I edit every line before handoff.
-
Competitive Analysis Framework
6 competing ERP platforms mapped in 3 hours using an AI-assisted research framework I built. Previously a day and a half. The saved time goes into user interviews — not more desk research.
-
Accessibility Pre-Audit
Before handoff, every component goes through an AI-assisted WCAG check. Not to replace manual judgment — to catch contrast failures, focus order issues, and missing aria labels before the developer sees the file.

5 AI Features in Production
Beyond using AI in process — designing it into a live product. Smart inventory alerts, dynamic pricing suggestions, demand forecasting, customer churn scoring, and AI-powered catalogue search. All five are live with real users.
Domains I've designed deeply inside.
Enterprise design is different. The stakes are operational. The users are professionals. The complexity is real. I've spent 15+ years not simplifying these domains — understanding them.
